Requirements:

  • Proven strength in establishing trust and long-term relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
  • Critical thinking, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams are essential qualities.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage client relationships, identify key issues, and consistently deliver on client expectations through regular follow-ups.
  • Skilled in analyzing job requirements and aligning candidate profiles effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Prior experience working within an MSP environment is beneficial.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team of 5 or more members effectively.
