Job Opportunity:
- This role involves developing and executing strategic account plans to acquire, expand, and retain business from both new and existing accounts.
- Key responsibilities include creating detailed account mappings for existing customers within HubSpot, fostering strong relationships with clients, developing strategic account plans, conducting discovery calls, generating new business opportunities, overseeing the job and candidate lifecycle, staying up-to-date with MSP programs, and collaborating closely with team members.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in business development with a strong track record in technical staffing sales.
- Ability to articulate complex technologies and their relevance to client challenges.
- Proven strength in establishing trust and long-term relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
- Critical thinking, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams are essential qualities.
- Demonstrated capability to manage client relationships, identify key issues, and consistently deliver on client expectations through regular follow-ups.
- Skilled in analyzing job requirements and aligning candidate profiles effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Prior experience working within an MSP environment is beneficial.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of 5 or more members effectively.
