Business Development Analyst

This is a pivotal role in the growth and success of our commercial lending platform. As a seasoned Business Development Analyst, you will be responsible for collaborating with product owners to define product vision and roadmap, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points, and contributing to the design and development of new features and functionalities for our loan origination and administration platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for commercial lending and post-closing administration processes.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys with stakeholders to gather insights into their needs and pain points.
- Translate business needs into clear, concise, and testable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with product owners to define product vision, roadmap, and release plans.
- Develop and maintain expertise in construction loan processes, including budget management, draw requests, inspections, and disbursements.
- Deep understanding of commercial lending and post-closing administration processes.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
