Middle Office Operations Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in leading middle office operations and ensuring seamless reconciliation and transactional processes. You will work closely with global teams to deliver high-quality service to clients and maintain exceptional communication and interpersonal relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform cash and position reconciliation between investment manager books and custodian books.
- Ensure timely response to client-initiated queries and escalate unresolved matters to management for best resolution.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders on issues and problems.
- Strong leadership and strategy skills to oversee middle office operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Experience with trade life cycle and reconciliation operations is an asset.
- Degree in finance, business, or related field.
- Proven experience in client communication and interaction at all levels.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, including equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
