Equity Middle Office Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Equity Middle Office Analyst.
- This role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of trade and position reconciliations between the Front and Middle Offices, working closely with various teams including IT, legal, settlements, corporate action, risk, and other necessary departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile trades and positions to ensure all positions in the Front Office align with Middle Office systems.
- Liaise mainly with other Middle Offices, IT, legal, settlements, corporate action teams, risk, and any other necessary teams.
- Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accurate work.
- Ensure all reconciliations are completed within required SLAs and are 100% accurate, minimizing financial and reputational loss.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of investment banking and equity swaps, understanding end-to-end trade life cycles.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential for close liaison with traders globally and other departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is mandatory.
