Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms.
  • Maintain a close eye on key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPL) and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
  • Create A/B tests to refine creatives, messaging, and audience targeting.
  • Align campaign strategy with business objectives through close collaboration.
  • Stay updated on platform trends, tools, and paid media best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing.
  • A proven track record in scaling high-impact paid campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills; hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
  • Clear communication skills with strong reporting abilities.
  • Based in California or available during Pacific Time hours.
