Project Lead Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Project Lead Architect to oversee our projects from concept to completion. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering innovative solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from concept through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Mentor junior architects, guiding them in their professional development.
  • Cultivate relationships with consultants, vendors, and contractors to drive project success.
  • Oversight site execution, guaranteeing compliance with client specifications.
  • Drive design research, detailing, and innovation, pushing the boundaries of architectural excellence.
  • Represent the company in client meetings and presentations, fostering strong relationships.
  • Contribute to business growth through operational, marketing, and strategic inputs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture with a passion for Interiors.
  • At least 6 years of professional experience with proven project leadership.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction, detailing, and material specifications.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Proficiency in design/documentation software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
  • A portfolio showcasing built work, demonstrating a strong passion for design and excellence.
