Enterprise Architect

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to provide leadership and direction on the development of our organization's technology strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing solutions that meet those needs, while ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's business operations and technologies.
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior leaders on technology-related matters.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the design, implementation, and deployment of technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
Requirements:
  • 20+ years' experience in IT, with at least 10 years in leadership roles involving enterprise architecture, solution design, and engineering.
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end architecture for large-scale, complex transformation programs involving multiple pillars (e.g., BPS, ADMS, System Integration, Infra/Cloud management, Networks, Security).
  • Excellent understanding of software engineering concepts, SDLC processes, non-functional design, sizing, and capacity planning, deployment design.
  • Experience in dealing with partners, tool and technology vendors as required for new solution rollout or troubleshooting issues.
  • Familiarity with concepts such as DevSecOps, Test Automation, Configuration management, SRE, AIOps, Value Stream Management, Intelligent Automation.
  • Knowledgeable about business and technology trends including use of Data and Analytics, Automation and AI in IT and Business transformation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Deep expertise in one or more industry domains.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex systems and abstract concepts in simple terms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate project constraints and find alternatives, alleviate risks, and perform process re-engineering if required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and geographies with client-facing roles interfacing with both business and technical stakeholders.
