Job Summary

The NOC Analyst will monitor network systems, diagnose issues, and ensure the stability and performance of our infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in network operations and can resolve technical problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor network systems using Grafana, Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix, and other tools.
  • Diagnose issues and ensure the stability and performance of our infrastructure.
  • Continuously monitor network performance and system alerts.
  • Analyze network traffic patterns and identify potential issues.
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in detail.
  • Support the configuration and management of network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proficiency in using network monitoring tools such as Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Ability to create detailed technical documentation and incident reports.
  • Clear communication with IT teams, end-users, and management.
