Job Description:

A Growth Engineer combines sales outreach, content creation, and online growth strategy to propel our business forward. This role involves crafting compelling stories, building a sales pipeline with measurable conversion goals, and executing marketing strategies.

  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline with measurable conversion goals.
  • Craft storytelling that blends AI, open-source, and veterinary medicine into engaging content.
  • Build and run online marketing strategies (organic + paid).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Run cold outreach campaigns to clinics and partners.
  • Support founders in closing partnerships and pilots.
  • Create sales decks, one-pagers, and case studies.
Additional Tasks:
  • Produce daily social media videos (meme-driven, engaging, trend-aware).
  • Manage our community presence on Discord and other platforms.
  • Craft compelling copy for emails, ads, and content formats.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years experience in sales, marketing, growth, or community development.
  • Proven success with cold outreach and lead generation.
  • Experience creating social media content.
  • Strong writing skills for emails, campaigns, and captions.
