We seek a meticulous Financial Specialist to manage our financial operations, analyze data, prepare reports, and drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop detailed forecasts for revenue, expenses, and cash flow based on historical and market data.
  • Prepare comprehensive budget vs. actual performance reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop executive dashboards.
Bank-Related Operations:
  • Coordinate account opening procedures for new employees.
  • Manage remittances, bank reconciliations, and other assigned tasks.
  • Verify credit card statements and resolve banking queries promptly.
Vendor & Expense Management:
  • Oversee petty cash expenses and ensure accurate tracking.
  • Verify vendor bills for correctness and approvals.
  • Process daily expenses, scan receipts, and upload them to the drive.
Invoicing & Receivables:
  • Raise sales invoices as required.
  • Confirm payment receipts and track receivables.
Incentive & Payroll Support:
  • Verify timesheets for incentive calculations.
  • Prepare and validate incentive sheets.
Budget & Cash Flow Management:
  • Develop monthly budget utilization reports with variance analysis.
  • Maintain an updated cash flow statement and ensure liquidity planning.
Monthly Celebrations & Events:
  • Organize office celebrations, special occasions, and events.
  • Arrange logistics and venue coordination for office parties.
Administrative Support:
  • Perform scanning, printing, and voucher preparation every 10 days.
  • Share subscription bills after payment confirmation.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Advanced Excel skills and data analysis tools.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and ratios.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of combined experience in accounting and financial analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
