We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Meetings Manager at our esteemed establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing business operations, delegating tasks and supervising staff performance.

  1. Delegation and Supervision: Assign responsibilities to team members, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks.
  2. Talent Management: Identify, train, motivate and coach employees to deliver exceptional customer service, assess their performance and provide constructive feedback and training opportunities.
  3. Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts or complaints from customers and employees in a prompt and professional manner.
  4. Operational Efficiency: Monitor store activity, ensuring it is properly provisioned and staffed to maintain optimal productivity levels.
  5. Process Improvement: Analyze existing information and processes, developing more effective or efficient strategies to drive business growth.
  6. Business Development: Establish and achieve business objectives, driving revenue growth and profitability.
  7. Maintenance and Presentation: Maintain a clean, tidy business environment, ensuring signage and displays are visually appealing.
  8. Reporting and Communication: Generate reports and present information to senior management or other stakeholders.
  9. Policies and Procedures: Ensure staff adhere to company policies and procedures, promoting a culture of compliance and excellence.
