Key Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for:

1. Supervising tax advisory engagements
2. Delivering tax opinions and responses to clients' tax matters
3. Filing tax returns, withholding tax statements, advance tax, and other tax filings
4. Managing tax assessment and litigation proceedings
5. Training managers and executives for professional development
6. Delivering tax technology assets to clients
7. Managing end-to-end tax operate engagements
8. Internal client codes management
9. Business development, identifying new opportunities, and mining existing ones
10. Contributing to firm eminence programs, events, written or speaking contributions, and thought leadership papers
11. Collaborating with other tax services lines and business functions
12. Focusing on core tax growth themes

Desired Qualifications

• CA - 8-10 years' experience in Direct Taxation
• Preferred from Big 4
• Strong technical knowledge
• Analytical skills & conceptual clarity
• Innovative thinking & eye for market trends
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Time and cost management skills
• Managing and leading a team
• Mentor for professionals

Location and Way of Working

• Base location: Mumbai
• This profile involves frequent travelling to client locations
