We are seeking a highly skilled mobilisation expert to spearhead campus and institute outreach efforts, foster partnerships with key stakeholders, and oversee large-scale onboarding initiatives. As the successful candidate, you will play a pivotal role in driving student engagement and converting candidates into active platform users.

This is a dynamic field-oriented position requiring exceptional relationship-building skills, event management expertise, and data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of planning and executing high-volume mobilization campaigns.

As Lead Mobilization Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with vocational institutes, training and placement officers, principals, and other key partners across Delhi NCR and target states.
• Designing and implementing mobilisation strategies – campus drives, marshaling camps, job fairs, bootcamps, e-onboarding sessions, and placement workshops – to register and onboard candidates onto the platform.
• Owning the end-to-end candidate funnel from outreach to registration, eligibility screening, skill-tagging, digital onboarding, and placement handover.
• Coordinating logistics for on-site drives, including scheduling, venue coordination, equipment, and teams, as well as managing third-party mobilisers or agencies when required.
• Conducting pre-screening, basic assessments, documentation verification, and ensuring quality of candidate data captured.
• Collaborating closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers, follow-ups, and improve offer-to-join conversion rates.
• Driving candidate engagement through orientation sessions, employability workshops, and regular communication via calls, SMS, or WhatsApp.
• Developing and maintaining an MIS/dashboard to track outreach, registrations, conversions, placement outcomes, and institute-level metrics, providing weekly and monthly reports to leadership.
• Negotiating and closing Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) or partnership agreements with institutes and training organisations.
• Representing the organisation at local skilling events, government skilling centres, NSDC/state skill council meetings, and building referral channels.
• Training and managing field mobilisation teams, setting targets, running incentive schemes, and ensuring SLA adherence.
• Capturing feedback and insights from institutes and candidates to enhance platform UX, onboarding flow, and mobilization playbooks.

To succeed in this challenging role, you will require:

• 6–8 years of experience in mobilisation, campus placements, institutional partnerships, community engagement, or recruitment, preferably with vocational/skill development organisations, staffing firms, placement cells, or NGOs.
• Strong existing contacts or demonstrable experience working with ITIs, Polytechnics, TPOs, training partners, or NSDC/state skill councils is a significant advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to build trust with principals, TPOs, training managers, and local authorities.
• A proven track record of planning and executing high-volume onboarding drives and events.
• Strong field orientation, comfortable with frequent travel, overnight stays, and working on-site at institutes and industrial clusters.
• Good command of English and Hindi; knowledge of an additional regional language relevant to target geographies is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple mobilization projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with CRM/ATS tools, Google Sheets/Excel, and basic data dashboarding.
• Good presentation and training skills, comfortable running group sessions and short assessment tests.

The following qualities and experiences would be advantageous:

• Prior experience working with government skilling programmes, placement cells, or reputable vocational mobilization projects.
• Experience managing a small team of field mobilisers or coordinators.
• Familiarity with digital onboarding/app-based registration flows and QR/OTP verification processes.
• Experience in negotiating MoUs or partnerships with educational institutions.
