About this Opportunity:

As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in identifying and scaling strategic projects that drive growth and operational efficiency for our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end execution of pilot projects: scoping, stakeholder alignment, execution, measurement, and handoff.
  • Analyse performance data and user feedback to inform recommendations on scaling initiatives.
  • Develop internal documentation to capture learnings and share them across the organisation.
  • Contribute to strategic planning processes based on emerging market needs.
  • Act as a thought partner to leadership by providing structured problem-solving and input.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 2–4 years of experience in strategy, product ops, consulting, growth, or program/project management roles.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills; comfort with data analysis is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead projects independently and work in unstructured environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – you enjoy solving open-ended problems.
