Job Title: Senior Business Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Strategist to drive business growth and success. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities in current and prospective markets, developing strategies to capitalize on them, and leading the team towards achieving set goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to gather information on market trends, competitors, and customer habits, and develop data-driven strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Procurement and Sales: Source high-quality plastic resins from reliable suppliers and distributors, and sell these products to existing and new customers through effective sales channels.
  • Representation and Marketing: Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and international trade shows to promote our brand and products.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and customers to ensure seamless operations and continuous growth.
  • Logistics and Inventory Management: Assist the Branch Manager in monitoring logistics, inventory management, and cargo allocations to ensure efficient supply chain management.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to gather information on price setting, competitors, and customer habits, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in trading polymers in India and international markets.
  • Mktg Insight: In-depth understanding of the polymer market in India and ability to analyze market trends.
  • Travel: Ability to travel abroad or domestically for business purposes.
  • Certification: In-depth understanding of the latest business policies and regulations.

  • Analytical Thinking: Demonstrable analytical thinking and business insight.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Leadership: Outstanding leadership quality and negotiation skills.
  • Time Management: Time and task management.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Management, International Trade, or related fields. MBA degree is preferred.
