**Job Opportunity**

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in the role of Tech Service Engineer. In this position, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional service and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in troubleshooting and make recommendations to determine the root cause of issues.
  • Liaise with team managers and technicians on quality issues.
  • Identify the root cause and report to the Lead for quality assurance and control.
  • Assist EV Maintenance Manager in liaison for technical and quality issues.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose electric vehicles using tablets and online programming.
  • Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with company regulations after each repair.
  • Provide support on parts technical issues and warranty claims when necessary.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. You should also be proficient in working with electric vehicles and have a basic understanding of programming concepts.
