We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints across various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicate with customers through various channels
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
- Have in-depth knowledge of our products to answer questions
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Manage a team of junior customer service representatives
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-4 years of experience in international chat and voice processes
- Excellent speaking and writing English skills
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
- Comfortable using computers
- Experience working with customer support
