Job Description

As a Technical Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to clients. You will work closely with the support team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. They should also have strong typing skills, with a minimum of 60-80 WPM. Additionally, they should have experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues using SOP documents.

The successful candidate will also have a good understanding of ITIL principles and knowledge of ticketing tools. Experience in infrastructure, storage, and service desk is highly desirable.

Additionally, the candidate should have hands-on experience with Google products, including Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Notebook LLM. Associate Google Workspace Administrator certification is preferred.

Required Skills and Qualifications
