- Your responsibility will be to offer personalized strategies and resources to help candidates succeed, maintaining relationships with candidates throughout their preparation journey.
- You will track candidate progress and provide feedback for improvement, staying abreast of industry trends and interview processes to provide the most relevant advice.
- In addition, you will contribute to developing training materials and resources for candidates.
