About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Program Advisor.

  • You will provide guidance and support to candidates on course selection and prerequisites, effectively communicating product offerings and how they align with candidate goals.
  • Your responsibility will be to offer personalized strategies and resources to help candidates succeed, maintaining relationships with candidates throughout their preparation journey.
  • You will track candidate progress and provide feedback for improvement, staying abreast of industry trends and interview processes to provide the most relevant advice.
  • In addition, you will contribute to developing training materials and resources for candidates.
