Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers at the store to collect feedback and suggestions
  • Record and document customer testimonials through video recordings
  • Meticulously record and analyze customer feedback for actionable improvements
  • Work closely with the team to identify areas for improvement in customer service and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer journey
  • Represent the brand proactively and strive to elevate the customer experience

Requirements:

  • English proficiency: Spoken and written
  • Hindi proficiency: Spoken
