Job Title: Technology Project Coordinator

We are looking for a highly skilled Technology Project Coordinator to lead our IT project management teams and drive multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT project management teams and drive multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate project progress effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good IT project management expertise (preferably of a product delivery).
  • Outcome-oriented attitude and ability to drive multiple teams.
  • Prior experience of leading minimum one project in digital channels space (online or mobile banking) is mandatory.
  • Banking project experience is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with technology (not a technical expert).
  • Should have managed team size of 8-15 associates.
  • Strong communication skills.
