Job Title: Operations Supervisor

Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced operations supervisor to oversee all administrative functions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in administration management, exceptional leadership abilities, and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize administrative processes.
  • Monitor projects and ensure timely completion, maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
  • Oversee facilities management and maintenance, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Lead and manage the administrative team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team efficiency.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and innovation.
  • Manage the administrative budget, monitoring expenses and suggesting cost-saving initiatives to maintain fiscal responsibility.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on administrative matters.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations, preparing regular reports and presentations on key metrics and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats and ensure operational continuity.
  • Support company growth and expansion initiatives through effective administrative strategies, coordinating administrative support for new projects and ventures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Administrative Services Manager, or similar role.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
  • Strong knowledge of office procedures and operations management, with proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
