Job Title

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production processes.
  • Evaluate current equipment and processes to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancement.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime and optimize performance.
  • Conduct quality control tests and measurements throughout the production process to monitor variables such as temperature, density, pressure, and viscosity.
  • Collaborate with process engineers to analyze capital expenditures and project designs to implement more efficient approaches that promote higher quality outcomes.
  • Address routine issues and escalate complex problems to supervisors for guidance.
  • Additional duties may be assigned.
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong data analysis capabilities, including continuous improvement experience or certifications.
  • Working knowledge of engineering subject matter.
  • Proficiency in PI (data historian), ACAD (auto CAD), MS Project programs.
  • Project management experience gained through prior experience.
  • At least one year of related work experience.
  • Experience with Green Belt, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
