WordPress Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced WordPress development lead to spearhead the design, implementation, and delivery of high-quality, scalable enterprise WordPress solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end WordPress projects ensuring high-quality, secure solutions.
  • Design and implement custom themes, plugins, and integrations based on business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless CMS experiences.
  • Evaluate modern CMS solutions including headless platforms.
  • Mentor junior developers promoting best practices in coding and security.
  • Ensure timely delivery, manage code reviews, and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong expertise in WordPress architecture, plugin development, and custom theme creation.
  • Hands-on experience with PHP, JavaScript (React/Node.js), HTML5, CSS3, REST/GraphQL APIs.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other enterprise CMS platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud hosting (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver complex CMS projects.
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience migrating or integrating between multiple CMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of performance testing, SEO optimization, and accessibility standards.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and client interaction skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with flexibility to work on any CMS platform as required.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a technical team.
