We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our team.

This role is focused on designing and improving network services and solutions that ensure the best experience possible for our associates and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and optimize LAN/WAN/WiFi networks, adhering to industry standards.
  • Manage network service and circuit capacity.
  • Plan and deliver projects, specifying hardware and software, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring operational turnover.
  • Govern third-party service providers and escalate level 3 support for operational issues or outages.

This position requires collaboration with other key teams, including Network Architects, Test and Certification, Information Security, Finance, Procurement, etc. The successful candidate will participate in product strategy and planning, develop new initiatives to simplify and standardize network designs, and automate operations.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in enterprise networking, focusing on wireless, SD-WAN, and LAN infrastructure.
  • Expertise in enterprise wireless protocols, RF site surveys, and security best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Mist AI, Cisco Wireless, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience with SD-WAN (Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN preferred), including policy configuration, site provisioning, and performance tuning.
  • Strong understanding and implementation experience with Fabric-based LAN architectures.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to lead network design and implementation projects independently or as part of a team.
