We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Assistant Manager Administration. This key member of our administrative department will provide critical support to our offices and branches across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Support: Provide seamless integration of office interiors, ensuring all facilities are well-maintained and functional.
- Communication: Liaise with government bodies to obtain work permissions and facilitate the execution of interior and civil work.
- MIS Management: Update and maintain administrative-related MIS on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Travel Arrangements: Manage travel arrangements for employees through third-party vendors, including air tickets, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and visa arrangements.
- Asset Management: Accurately maintain records of assets and implement effective tagging systems.
- Event Planning: Assist in organizing and executing staff picnics, events, parties, and conferences.
- Compliance: Ensure all statutory documents/certificates are displayed at the common area (reception) in line with compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in administrative management
- Skills: Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, sound knowledge of administrative policies, procedures, and best practices, knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements
