
Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our faculty members.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate daily administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations within the department.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for visiting and resident faculty at both campuses.
- Process honorarium payments and invoices in a timely manner.
- Assist in preparing course materials and arranging seating layouts for students.
- Manage course-related invoices and purchase orders.
- Maintain stationery and arrange for guest speaker mementos.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, secretarial, coordination, communication, planning, time management, multitasking, negotiation, and listening skills.
- Desirable experience: 2-5 years.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
