Network Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong background in network administration and security.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain various network devices and services, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and QoS.
  • Perform network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.
  • Maximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems, and outages.
  • Schedule upgrades and collaborate with network architects on network optimization.
  • Secure network systems by establishing and enforcing policies, defining and monitoring access.
  • Report network operational status by gathering, prioritizing information, managing projects.
  • Work with partners to ensure their networks are configured and maintained to support required levels of availability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Concrete knowledge of implementing and configuring Cisco Wireless LAN controllers, autonomous and lightweight access points, DHCP configuration, upgrade procedures of WLC.
  • Configuration of SSID, layer 3 authentication method, guest access, and web authentication.
  • Cisco wireless LAN controller deployment methods.
  • Understanding of licensing, redundancy setup, access point groups, layer 2 authentication, PSK, flex connect.
  • Troubleshooting Wi-Fi issues related to connectivity, coverage, and authentication.
