Job Title: Wireless Network Specialist

Job Description:

The role of a Wireless Network Specialist involves working closely with customers to design and implement private wireless networks, including the setup and deployment of radio access network (RAN) infrastructure. This position requires strong technical skills in wireless communication systems, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot complex network issues.

A key responsibility for this role will be to conduct comprehensive tests and validation of RAN functionalities to ensure compliance with standards and requirements. Additionally, the successful candidate will have a solid understanding of wireless coverage requirements and radio solutions, allowing them to provide expert advice on the selection of appropriate equipment for customer projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Define Wireless Coverage Requirements: Determine the specific needs of customers for wireless coverage and select the most suitable radio solutions based on project requirements.
  2. RAN Network Interference Analysis and Mitigation Support: Conduct thorough analysis and mitigation support for RAN network interference to ensure optimal performance.
  3. Spectrum Requirement Understanding: Assist customers in understanding their spectrum requirements and assist with procurement of private wireless spectrum as needed.
  4. BOM/BOQ Preparation: Prepare detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Bill of Quantities (BOQs) as per project requirements to enable accurate budgeting and ordering.
  5. OEM Solutions Awareness: Stay up-to-date with various Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) solutions and effectively communicate product offerings to customers based on their business challenges and needs.
