System Integration Specialist

Job Description:

The system integration specialist is a key member of the technical team responsible for ensuring seamless interaction between various systems.

This role requires strong technical knowledge and analytical skills to identify and resolve integration issues, ensure data accuracy, and optimize system performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and drive system enhancements through agile development methodologies.
  • Design and implement integrations using API's, data mapping tools, and other technologies to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system integrations, including technical guides and user manuals.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data consistency and integrity across systems.
  • Provide support and training to end-users on new system features and enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 9+ years of experience in system integration, with a strong background in software development.
  • Expertise in API design, data mapping, and integration technologies.
  • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and version control systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
