Job Title: Integration Specialist

Overview

As a key member of our technology consulting team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through digital transformation. Your expertise in integrating business processes and systems will enable our clients to reimagine their models, accelerate innovation, and drive success.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team as an Integration Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strong working experience on business process integration and analysis.

The ideal candidate should have the following skills:

  • Strong knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) along with Manlog and Retail domain
  • Experience in 800 series transactions
  • Ability to work on mapping and analyzing existing mappings
  • Complete knowledge of end-to-end setup for trading partners in Integration platforms
  • Experience in mailbox creation, protocol setup, and trading partner onboarding
  • Knowledge of supporting end-to-end testing (ERP till Customer)
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to train and mentor junior professionals

  • Develop and implement business process integration solutions

  • Design and implement data mapping and validation rules
  • Configure and test integration platforms and trading partner settings
  • Provide training and support to junior professionals
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in integration specialist roles
  • Strong knowledge of EDI, API, and other integration technologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
