Digital Transformation Leader

Job Summary: We seek a Senior Manager to drive our client's digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving RPA programs, deploying automation, and leading change across the finance and accounting domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of strategic roadmaps to solve business problems/opportunities through methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and business process re-engineering.
  • Deliver effective digital projects, working with cross-functional global leads and client leadership.
  • Provide analytical and conceptual direction to business analysts throughout the change lifecycle, ensuring alignment and integrity of deliverables with program and strategic objectives.
  • Champion the implementation and adoption of standard global processes.
  • Support operational excellence and automation, implementing best practices and driving efficiency and standardization as approved by leads.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certified Black Belt
  • Experience in driving RPA programs and deploying RPA across platforms
  • Extensive experience in the finance and accounting domain and leading change across all sub-processes
  • Experience in driving continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma methodology
  • Project Management skills – Strong influencing skills and clarity of thought on effective project management are required
