Senior Digital Transformation Expert

We are seeking an Analyst to support our digital transformation initiatives.
This role is crucial in ensuring stakeholders are well-informed, engaged, and ready for change. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating change management activities, crafting impactful communications, and developing training materials to drive successful adoption across multiple business units.
The key responsibilities include:
- Supporting change activities for multiple projects
- Maintaining and updating knowledge bases
- Gathering and analyzing stakeholder feedback to improve strategies
- Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on communication reach, engagement, and adoption
- Maintaining detailed reports on activities for various projects
- Drafting clear, concise, and engaging content tailored to different audiences
- Ensuring messaging is consistent with organizational objectives
- Collaborating with stakeholders to produce regular updates
- Developing instructional assets and managing logistics
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in change management, instructional design, preferably in multi-business environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Studies, Change Management, or related fields
- Knowledge of methodologies (e.g., ADKAR)
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Instructional design expertise
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- High emotional intelligence and adaptability
- Strong project planning and coordination skills
