Retail Transformation Lead

This role involves spearheading business transformation initiatives across retail and quick-service restaurant (QSR) operations.

  • Conduct workshops to understand client pain points, business processes, reporting & dashboarding needs.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Translate the functional specifications derived from the workshop to a technical fit document.
  • Identify & highlight feature/reporting/dashboarding gaps.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to configure and deploy systems aligned with business goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to marketing, operations, and IT teams.
  • Ensure alignment between business strategy and technology roadmap.
  • Ensure all functional specifications are deployed in the software (reports, dashboards, models, audiences etc).
  • Train super users of our clients on the platform.
  • Explain the support mechanism and set cadences for support / business related queries.

This role requires strong understanding of retail/QSR operations: POS, loyalty, CRM, inventory, and customer experience. Knowledge of Marketing Automation tools & how they function is also necessary. Additionally, familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics) and excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills are essential.

Desired qualifications include experience with omnichannel retail or QSR transformation projects, knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and API integrations.
