Job Title: Experienced Technical Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced technical lead to join our team. As a technical lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of software applications.

You will work closely with our development team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements
  • Technical Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Application
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Java/J2EE with relational database structure and design
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Mendix application development
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Agile experience
  • React experience is a plus
  • SCRUM certification is a plus
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software applications using Mendix platform
  • Lead and mentor junior developers
  • Ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables
  • Maintain and improve existing applications
