**Technical Lead Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of DevOps solutions, including AWS architecture expertise, Java programming, and CI/CD pipeline management. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • DevOps Expertise: Proficiency in implementing and optimizing DevOps solutions, including EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS services.
  • AWS Architecture: Strong knowledge and experience in designing and implementing AWS architecture, including VPCs, subnets, and security groups.
  • Java Programming: Expertise in Java programming and development, with a focus on efficient code writing and troubleshooting.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Management: Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, including Docker containerization and Ansible automation.
  • IaC Tools: Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
