Highly Experienced Engineering Manager Wanted

We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Engineering Manager to lead and inspire our backend engineering teams. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for the overall technical direction, execution, and growth of multiple teams focused on building and scaling our core platform using the MERN stack (Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Responsibilities- Lead and manage multiple backend engineering teams, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing environment.
- Own the overall technical vision and strategy for the backend organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product roadmap.
- Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of complex backend initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring they are on time, within scope, and meet high-quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with product management, frontend leadership, and other stakeholders to define product strategy, priorities, and technical direction.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent extensive practical experience).
- Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in backend software development, with a significant focus on the MERN stack (Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) in scalable, production environments.
- Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in managing and leading multiple software engineering teams and/or engineering leaders.
