Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Area Manager, bringing expertise in Fraud and Risk Analytics. As a leader in this field, you will be responsible for leveraging your analytical skills to identify problems and seek solutions promptly.

The ideal candidate will have excellent skills in Fraud Investigations, enabling them to provide top-notch management reports and business presentations. Additionally, proficiency in Business MIS and Regulatory Reporting is required. You must be able to perform and excel under demanding work conditions.

Familiarity with System enhancement for Risk Modeling, Analytics, and Predictive modeling is also necessary. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing fraud risk and developing strategies to mitigate it
  • Conducting investigations and analyzing data to identify trends and patterns
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance
  • Providing regular reports and updates to senior management

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g. finance, accounting)
  • 5+ years of experience in fraud investigation and risk analysis
  • Proven track record of successfully mitigating fraud risk and improving business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
