Job Overview

  • We are seeking an Enterprise Risk Management professional to lead our risk management function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a robust enterprise risk management framework across the organization.
  • Design and implement effective internal control systems to mitigate risks.
  • Identify, evaluate, and document control weaknesses and deficiencies; and develop recommendations for risk mitigation and improvement.
  • Maintain and update risk registers (RCSA) to ensure accurate risk assessments.
  • Conduct regular reviews of business processes to identify control gaps and deficiencies, and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Update the enterprise risk policy to reflect changing regulatory and strategic scenarios.
  • Collaborate with Principal Risk Owners to identify key risks and mitigating controls in their business units.
  • Prepare reports for the Risk Committee, Executive Management Team, and Board Committees on risk-related matters.
  • Develop an integrated risk reporting framework to focus attention on critical risks.

Educational Qualifications

  • A graduate degree in finance, management, or risk management from a reputable institution. Certifications such as FRM, CFA, CBCP are preferred.

Experience

  • 4-8 years of experience in a similar role.

Skills Required

  • Knowledge of exchange ecosystems and operations.

Functional Competencies

  • Principles of risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of risk identification, assessment, and management frameworks.
  • Ability to design and evaluate the effectiveness of controls embedded within business processes.
  • Knowledge of risk and governance standards such as COSO framework, and Basel Corporate Governance Principles.
