Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven professional to join our team as a Senior Relationship Manager. This is a hybrid role that requires collaboration with customers to design and implement organizational health risk management and wellness programs.

  • Develop strategic partnerships with clients to deliver customized health risk management solutions.
  • Design and implement comprehensive health risk management programs, including employee communication and vendor negotiation.
  • Supervise the launch and operation of health risk management projects, making adjustments as needed.
  • Lead multiple client engagements, developing trusted relationships through timely advice and efficient project execution.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to strategize on approaching target clients and identify opportunities for cross-selling projects and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Health risk analysis and management consulting.
  • Manage assigned health risk management consulting projects, structuring customer proposals and consulting reports.
  • Set up data analysis structures and methodologies, undertaking organizational health risk data analysis.
  • Present health risk management consulting project proposals to clients and support business development staff in negotiations.
  • Build internal knowledge banks on health risk analysis and management, contributing to new value proposition development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Educational background: MBA from a reputable B-School.
  • 5+ years of proven working experience in the general insurance industry.
  • Ability to manage diverse client cultures, including Indian corporate, MNC corporation, and PSU clients.
  • Domain knowledge necessary, specifically aviation, aerospace, and reinsurance.
  • Knowledge of property and engineering lines is an added plus.
