Enterprise Solutions Architect

This role is responsible for delivering complex solutions that drive business outcomes. As a Technical Lead, you will work with cross-functional teams to design and implement Workfront processes that meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.

  • You will be working closely with peers to develop clear requirements and deliverables for complex solutions.
  • You will define data solution requirements and collaborate with teams to deliver Workfront solutions to large programs of work.
  • Serve as the enterprise system administrator for Workfront, ensuring seamless adoption among all teams.
  • Partner with teams to implement Workfront processes enterprise-wide, focusing on workflow optimization and fusion integrations.
  • Coordinate with Design, Sales & Marketing team to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Familiarity with relational databases and SQL is essential for this role.
  • Experience with data migration from previous client tools and systems is highly valued.
  • A strong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skillset is required.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience implementing solutions in a SaaS-based environment is preferred.
