Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end pipeline management: Drive qualified leads from initial meetings to successful closures.
- Discovery and demos: Lead compelling discovery calls, conduct product demos that showcase value, and collaborate with Customer Success and Engineering to create customized experiences.
- Mentorship and coaching: Guide junior team members on best practices for closing large-value deals, and support current AEs in closing advanced-stage deals as the senior persona from Humantic's sales team.
- Pilot management: Oversee pilots, demonstrate Humantic's value to prospects, and project manage deals through sheer determination and proactiveness.
- Negotiation and contract management: Effectively negotiate contracts, demonstrate Humantic's superiority compared to legacy vendors, and secure wins.
- Implementation and handover: Collaborate with Engineering and Solutions to ensure seamless implementations, nudge prospects towards go-live, and drive business outcomes.
- Exceeding sales quotas: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while instilling best-in-class CRM hygiene for improved pipeline visibility.
- Driving product improvement: Advocate for customer needs in discussions with Product, Design, and Engineering to inform product roadmaps and drive growth.
