Credit Risk Specialist

Our organization is seeking a Credit Risk Specialist to conduct thorough credit audits of Wholesale Banking segment and SMEs, ensuring the quality of audit reports and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Review pre- and post-sanction disbursement and monitoring processes
- Lead business credit audits, preparing timely submissions of RBI data and Tranche III reports
- Co-ordinate with concurrent auditors, devising audit checklists, examining developments on credit-related areas
- Provide comfort to Team Lead Audit on regulatory and control requirements
- Lead or participate in all business credit audits
- Timely commencement and closure of audits, including documentation of working papers
- Preparation and submission of audit reports within stipulated time frames
- Timely submissions of RBI data, Tranche III and any other regulatory requirements
- Ensuring quality of audit reports, correctness, consistency of data furnished
- Carrying out other assignments such as review of process, thematic audit, checklists, and special audits
- Co-ordination with concurrent auditors for effective monitoring and ensuring the quality of concurrent audit reports
- Work closely with line management to provide suggestions for process improvements and system enhancements
