Beauty and Skin Care Retail Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Beauty and Skin Care Retail Growth Manager to join our team at Soulflower, a leading Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business specializing in high-efficacy, preservative-free, cruelty-free, aromatherapy, natural face, skin, and hair care products.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth across retail stores and chains, with a strong focus on sales management, strategic planning, relationship building, and data-driven decision making.

**Job Description:
This role involves developing and executing growth strategies to increase store-wise and chain-wise sales and profitability. The successful candidate will analyze sales data and market trends to create actionable insights and plans to drive growth, while building and maintaining strong relationships with key retail partners and decision-makers at store and chain levels.
**Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with brand guidelines, monitor inventory levels, and maintain sales performance.
- Negotiate favorable terms, secure promotional opportunities, and manage contracts with retail partners.
**Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5-8 years of experience in retail business development, sales management, or related roles in the FMCG/Beauty/Wellness industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing retail business.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to travel extensively across regions and work with diverse teams.
- Strategic mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
