Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Retail Business Development Manager to join our team at Soulflower. As a key member of our retail strategy team, you will drive business growth across individual stores and retail chains.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase store-wise and chain-wise sales and profitability.
  • IDentify opportunities for market expansion and establish a robust retail footprint across key locations.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to create actionable insights and plans to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with store managers and retail partners to develop strategies that enhance store performance and customer engagement.
  • Lead efforts to maximize in-store brand presence, optimize product displays, and improve customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and decision-makers at store and chain levels.
  • Negotiate favorable terms, secure promotional opportunities, and manage contracts with retail partners.
  • Drive sales growth and meet revenue targets on a store and chain basis.
  • Implement sales plans, promotional activities, and campaigns to increase market share and brand awareness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5-8 years of experience in retail business development, sales management, or related roles in the FMCG/Beauty/Wellness industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing retail business.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively across regions and work with diverse teams.
