About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Patient Support Service Representative to handle customer queries and provide assistance related to healthcare services. The role requires effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, be able to handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism, and possess basic knowledge of healthcare processes and medical terminologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare services.
  • Service customers seeking support with their monthly healthy benefit package.
  • Maintain records of patient interactions and escalate complex cases when needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare processes and medical terminologies (preferred).
  • Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Cognitive and Behavioral Assessment: Traitify – Medium or High
  • Language Proficiency: Emmersion – B1 CEFR score
  • Typing Test: 25 WPM at 95% accuracy
  • Familiarity with CRM software or call center tools (a plus).
