User Researcher Job Description

We are seeking a skilled User Researcher to join our team. As a User Researcher, you will play a key role in understanding user needs and behavior, and applying this knowledge to inform product design and development.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of designers, developers, and researchers who are passionate about creating innovative products that meet the needs of our users.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct user research studies, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
  • Analyze data and present findings to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product management, and engineering, to develop solutions that meet user needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field; master's degree preferred
  • 4+ years of experience conducting user research in a UX team for software/web-based products
  • Demonstrated knowledge of user-centered design principles and practices
  • Experience with quantitative survey programming and analysis
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry and experience working on enterprise software
