Product Designer

About this role:

We are seeking a skilled Product Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing user-friendly solutions for complex problems, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring product features from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process for new features and product areas, ensuring user needs and pain points are at the core of every design decision.
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UI designs that effectively communicate your design vision and allow for user testing and feedback.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented and meet functional requirements.
  • Participate in user research activities to validate design decisions and inform future iterations.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our design system, ensuring consistency in visual design, user interaction patterns, and accessibility across the product.
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing, and team input to ensure the final product meets business goals and user needs.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, Interaction Designer, or UX/UI Designer, with a portfolio that demonstrates your design process and impact.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, including research, usability testing, and design iteration.
  • Experience designing for complex products, particularly in SaaS, healthcare, or regulated industries.
  • Strong understanding of design systems and creating scalable, reusable components.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
