About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to apply your skills in designing user interfaces and experiences for financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative designs for intelligent financial interfaces, encompassing mobile apps, conversational agents, and other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless user experiences that balance automation with user control.
  • Design solutions that foster transparency, trust, and explainability, ensuring AI behaviors are intuitive and user-friendly.
  • Support user research and usability testing efforts, leveraging insights to inform design iterations.
  • Contribute to and evolve the internal design system to address the distinctive needs of agentic AI interfaces.
  • Continuously refine designs based on data-driven insights, feedback, and behavioral analysis.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably with exposure to fintech, SaaS, or data-heavy tools.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing user-first design thinking, clean UI design, and an interest in complex interaction design.
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
  • A foundational understanding of human-computer interaction (HCI), with a particular interest in human-AI interaction.
  • A curious and humble approach, with a willingness to grow and adapt in applying design to AI-powered products.
  • Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback across disciplines.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience designing for fintech platforms, banking interfaces, or investment tools.
  • An understanding of agent-based systems, chat interfaces, or AI explainability patterns.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and regulatory considerations.
