Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Opportunity Overview:

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to bring innovative designs to life. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio in dashboard and complex web applications, with the ability to craft intuitive interfaces that balance aesthetics with scalability and functionality.

The successful candidate will work closely with product and engineering teams to conceptualize and deliver user-centered design solutions. They will conduct thorough research and testing to validate design decisions, maintain and evolve a consistent design system, and transform complex workflows into simple and user-friendly experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and prototype interactive dashboards and data-driven web interfaces
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to bring ideas to market
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Maintain and evolve a robust design system
  • Transform complex processes into streamlined and user-friendly experiences

Requirements:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design for web applications (preferably B2B/SaaS)
  • A strong portfolio showcasing dashboard designs and web UIs
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
  • A solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and responsive design
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Bonus Requirements:

Candidates with additional qualifications may include:

  • Experience with data visualization and design systems
  • A basic understanding of front-end technologies
